The Reiki Retreats
Our wonderful woodland retreat is located in the idyllic Porthkerry country park log cabin, encapsulated in woodland and coastline.

Learn about Reiki, The Chakra System, how to set positive intentions and build your own mantras. Experience cacao healing chocolate ceremony, journaling, a mindfulness walk and forest bathing, including the use of crystals to aid healing.
The day also includes a wellbeing self care gift bag worth over £30, with a journal, hand blended chakra oil, reiki infused pendulum and crystal plus other healing tools. Enjoy guided visualisations, yoga taster session, calming breathwork and grounding reiki treatment.
Nutritious and varied lunch and refreshments are included, suitable for all ages (16 and above) and levels, everyone is welcome.
